Laborer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction projects, including asphalt paving, septic system installation and maintenance, water and sewer line installation and repair, and excavation tasks. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation and repair of water and sewer lines. Participate in asphalt paving projects, ranging from small patches to complete road construction. Support septic system, sump, and grease trap pumping, servicing, and installations. Perform excavation tasks, including dirt road construction, grading, and site preparation. Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools under supervision. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to operate basic construction equipment and tools. Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions. Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
