The ideal candidate has successfully managed large-scale or hyperscale data center projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover, with a strong background in contractor management, scheduling, risk mitigation, and customer-focused project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of mission-critical data center construction projects from pre-construction planning through commissioning and final handover. Partner closely with owners, architects, engineers, commissioning agents, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Drive contractor accountability by monitoring schedule adherence, productivity, quality, and safety performance. Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve technical and construction issues before they impact project timelines. Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and change management to minimize financial risk and avoid customer penalties. Ensure all project documentation, as-built drawings, commissioning records, and closeout packages are completed accurately. Foster a high-performance, execution-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Utilize modern construction management and collaboration platforms to improve planning, reporting, communication, and project visibility. Experience developing and managing detailed construction schedules while driving accountability across multiple stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving, risk management, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Experience using modern collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, AI-assisted reporting tools) to improve project execution and communication.
