POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(ESSENTIAL

FUNCTIONS

): The Site Supervisor (Captain) is responsible for the overall operational management of the contract by directing staff, enforcing corporate policies and procedures and reporting deficiencies to the Program Manager for further action. Interacts with the customer to gather operational instructions for each day's business, and then assures that all personnel receive those directives. Immediately responds to customer concerns and adjusts operations as directed. Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Interacts with the customer representative daily responding to needs and concerns.

Assures that all officers are present, in proper uniform, briefed and prepared for duty.

Provides technical and task direction for all personnel working under the contract.

Provides direction to Sergeants and Corporals regarding operations and training requirements being met.

Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reporting in accordance with the contractual CDRLs.

Pay Rate:

$33.81 Hourly

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Broad knowledge in supervising/tasking personnel and managing resources to support a contract
  • High school degree or have operational experience ranging from 10-15 years
  • Superior operational skills in providing guidance and direction to junior supervisors
  • Superior operational skills in providing guidance to entire workforce
  • Demonstrates ability to interact with senior customer representatives
  • Demonstrates the ability to flexibly operate day to day activities while staying within the requirements of contract requirements
  • Obtain and maintain a T/S security clearance
