Construction Manager

Job Description:

The Construction Manager will provide full-time onsite oversight of EPC construction activities to ensure the project is built in accordance with approved design documents, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily oversight of EPC construction activities Manage OE field team and coordinate with Owner's PM Track site progress, manpower, and schedule adherence Conduct site safety walkdowns and verify compliance Validate contractor progress and milestone completion Issue daily and weekly construction reports Coordinate commissioning readiness and punch list closure Requirements 10+ years utility-scale solar construction experience Strong knowledge of solar EPC construction practices Experience managing large solar site construction teams OSHA safety knowledge required
