This critical role requires a motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing complex projects, and has extensive Xactimate expertise. You'll work on residential reconstruction projects with a focus on delivering exceptional results and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage reconstruction projects from initiation to completion. Prepare accurate, detailed estimates using Xactimate. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and insurance representatives. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality control standards. Communicate proactively with teammates to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and motivate subcontractors to deliver outstanding work under tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Proficient in Xactimate (this is a non-negotiable requirement). Experience managing residential projects. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Must be receptive to constructive criticism and dedicated to continuous improvement. Strong leadership with the ability to balance project demands and team needs. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, solutions-driven attitude.
