  • Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a skilled Service Department Manager with extensive electrical knowledge to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical construction management, estimating, scheduling and processes. Previous experience in the electrical contracting industry is preferred. Strong organizational skills are required. If you have a background in construction service management and/or construction administration and are proficient with industry related software, we encourage you to apply. Pay is dependent on experience.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Management of all service department work, ensuring completion is achieved on time, in budget and performed satisfactorily.
  • Service work estimating, planning, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with the project team members to maintain proper documentation and reports.
  • Monitor service department work order progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates.
  • Utilize construction industry software programs for service department management tasks.
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in construction management or construction administration, with experience in the electrical contracting industry a plus.
  • Proficiency in construction management scheduling tools and software programs.
  • Familiarity with service work billing processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical construction industry standards and practices.
