• What you'll do:
• + Lead and oversee project and construction management activities to ensure timely and on-budget completion.

+ Manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement processes while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

+ Coordinate with contractors and vendors to facilitate change orders and resolve project issues promptly.

+ Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including cost estimation and progress reports.

+ Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support project objectives and compliance.

+ Monitor construction quality and safety standards throughout project execution to meet organizational requirements.

• What you'll bring:
• + Proven expertise in project and construction management, including oversight of budgets and schedules.

+ Strong skills in relationship management to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.

+ Experience in procurement processes and managing change orders to ensure project continuity.

+ Ability to coordinate project documentation and maintain accurate records throughout project lifecycles.

+ Proficiency in cost estimation to support budget planning and financial control.
