Then we're looking for you. We're looking for someone to work directly under our General Superintendent as a key field leader within the company. We're not looking for someone to fill a seat or sit in a truck. We're looking for someone who wants to become one of the key people helping build our small company. We perform excavation, demolition, drainage, and general civil construction work mainly in central Arkansas; mostly public work. Most of our work is local and you'll be home 95% of the time. M-F with occasional weekend as needed. Some of our projects are small and some are hundreds of thousands of dollars. Every one of them depends on having the right people on the team.
- This is not a position for someone who wants to be told what to do every minute of the day.
- We're looking for someone who takes ownership.
- We're not interested in staying small forever. We're looking for people who want to grow with us as we continue to expand.
- Someone who sees a problem and starts thinking about solutions before somebody else has to point it out.
- Someone who understands that attitude often matters more than ability. We can help someone improve their skills, but It's much harder to teach attitude, accountability, and pride in your work!
- Someone who Maintains a positive attitude even when things don't go according to plan.
- Someone who treats people with respect, and understands that strong leadership is built by example, not by ego.
Leader, not boss. This position is intended for someone who can wear multiple hats. Some days you'll be running equipment.
