Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Superintendent, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Overseeing all aspects of construction project management, including the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. 2. Supervising all construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures. 3. Developing comprehensive project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing all construction processes. 4. Preparing and managing project budgets, controlling project costs, and ensuring financial accountability. 5. Implementing and overseeing safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with local and national safety regulations. 6. Qualifications:
