REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working on commercial construction projects (3+ years)
- Experience with building inspection process and procedures
- Experience reviewing construction documents (submittals, plans, specifications, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- OSHA-10 certification
TYPCIAL DUTIES
- Enforce project quality control
- Ensure site safety is followed
- Coordinate subcontractors, site deliveries, and project inspections
- Create daily activity reports
- Create weekly project schedules
