REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience working on commercial construction projects (3+ years)
  • Experience with building inspection process and procedures
  • Experience reviewing construction documents (submittals, plans, specifications, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • OSHA-10 certification
TYPCIAL DUTIES
  • Enforce project quality control
  • Ensure site safety is followed
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site deliveries, and project inspections
  • Create daily activity reports
  • Create weekly project schedules
DESCRIPTION
In this role you will manage onsite project laborers and subcontractors to complete projects safely and within the prescribed timeline. This position will monitor all work before, during, and after execution to manage quality control. A superintendent will be expected to analyze and interpret all construction documents and make decisions to resolve project issues. This position consists of typical Monday-Friday working hours and may periodically require weekend, or after-hours work, depending on the project and circumstances.
