Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced On-Site Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and/or commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day job site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through project completion Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews Manual labor required to keep project progress Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and building codes Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met Communicate with clients, inspectors, and internal team members Review and approve invoices, change orders, and material deliveries Manual loading / unloading of materials / trailers Maintain accurate project documentation (daily logs, reports, schedules) Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies Regularly attend scheduled company meetings Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years experience in construction project management or site supervision Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and trades Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Experience managing subcontractors and multiple job sites (preferred) Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, or similar) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience Residential or light commercial construction experience Experience with budgeting and cost control Familiarity with permitting and inspection processes
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
