We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Arkansas and lead multi-million-dollar projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, expertise in project scheduling and cost management, and a thorough understanding of commercial building practices, contracts, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple commercial projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting scope and quality requirements. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost controls using industry-standard software. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders for seamless execution. Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and Arkansas state regulations. Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, change orders, and subcontractor performance. Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety compliance, quality assurance, and progress; resolve issues proactively. Identify and mitigate risks, implement best practices, and generate reports using project management tools. Manage permitting, closeout processes, final client handover, and post-project evaluations. Requirements 5+ years of proven experience in construction management with a strong background in commercial construction projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications, such as PMP or OSHA certifications). Proficiency in project scheduling, estimating, and software tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project). Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation. Experience managing subcontractors, contracts, and client relationships. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
