Job Description

Construction Superintendent We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on commercial and/or industrial projects. The ideal candidate will manage site activities, coordinate subcontractors, ensure quality control, and maintain project schedules and safety standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site construction activities Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Manage schedules, inspections, and subcontractor coordination Communicate progress and issues with project managers and clients
Qualifications:
3+ years of construction supervision experience preferred Strong understanding of building plans and specifications Excellent leadership and organizational skills OSHA certification a plus
Must:
Be able to evaluate job progress and plan ahead Build a reliable schedule Coordinate with subcontractors/owner reps Know construction basis/knowledge This job will require some physical labor.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
