This is not a desk role. This is a boots on the ground position for someone who understands job sites, urgency, and what it takes to keep projects moving. You will work directly with contractors, superintendents, and project leaders, delivering real solutions, temporary power, generators, portable restrooms, fencing, and waste management. If you know how a job site runs and can speak confidently about what it needs, you will succeed here. What You Will Do Build and grow a strong book of business within the construction industry Develop relationships with contractors, project managers, and field leadership Sell and support generators, temporary power, sanitation, fencing, and site services Drive new business through site visits, cold outreach, referrals, and networking Walk job sites, assess needs, and provide solutions that keep projects on schedule Prepare proposals, close deals, and ensure execution aligns with client expectations Stay ahead of project timelines, market activity, and competitor positioning Maintain consistent follow up and communication with all clients What We Are Looking For Proven experience in construction sales or job site service rentals Strong generator and temporary power knowledge, must understand specs, load, and application Comfortable in the field, on job sites, and in front of decision makers Ability to build trust quickly and maintain long term relationships Self driven, organized, and accountable for results Mechanical, electrical, or industrial background is a strong advantage What You Get Competitive base plus performance driven incentives Clear path for growth within a fast moving, expanding company Access to a full suite of equipment and services that win business A team that values execution, accountability, and long term partnerships This role is for someone who wants to go get business, not wait for it.
