Overtime Job Scope:

Lead and manage projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Develop detailed project plans, including project scheduling and resource allocation. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Utilize and ProCore for project documentation, tracking progress, and managing communications. Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets for projects. Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Skills Minimum 5+ years electrical experience AND 2+ years in leadership Installing conduit, pathways, etc. Experience using Bluebeam and ProCore software for project management tasks. Strong leadership and the ability to manage large crews and multiple job sites All estimates of project are mere estimates and not representative of a guaranteed period of employment. $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
