• "RG ProBuilders" a growing, locally owned Design + build firm with a fun, professional culture and a growing backlog of work is accepting applications for the position of: Construction Superintendent. This position is responsible for handling the day to day management and documenting of your projects (2-4 at a time
• depending on type of project) , currently ranging from ADU's to custom garage/shops or homes.

Duties include but are not limited to: construction scheduling and subcontractor management, client service and communication, Invoice review and approval, punch lists and stage checks photo documentation, etc. The position also requires participation in a variety of pre-construction and project update meetings. Ability to multi task and communicate professionally

Required Qualifications:

Self starter with a positive attitude and teamwork mentality! 2+ years of residential construction experience in similar position, or trades experience. Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) Employment history reflecting long term employment

• ability to multi task and remain composed a MUST! Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
