In this key role, you will coordinate aspects of property recovery, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, remains flexible in changing situations, demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while restoring homes and businesses after property damage. Project Management Responsibilities Manage restoration and mitigation projects from initial loss through project completion Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and daily operations Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field crews as needed Monitor job progress to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and referral partners Set clear expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and restoration processes Address project challenges proactively and manage change orders as necessary Maintain accurate project documentation and job records Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Restoration or Mitigation Project Manager Experience handling insurance claims and communicating with adjusters Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service abilities Physical & Work Requirements Ability to perform mitigation work, including setting containments, demolition, and minor repair work Ability to conduct job site visits and inspections in residential and commercial environments Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed Willingness to respond to emergency loss situations when required Benefits Paid time off and company holidays Performance-based bonus opportunities
