Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to support the VAI Resort project in Glendale, Arizona. This position involves direct oversight of daily construction activities and coordination with the Project Management team. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent Experience with hospitality projects preferred Experience with ground up commercial projects Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple subcontractors and tasks effectively Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Project Management team In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and safety protocols Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents Ability to manage budgets and project timelines Ability to review construction documents, drawings, and design packages.
Work Environment:
This role is based onsite at the VAI Resort in Glendale, AZ, next to Cardinals Stadium. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with 50-hour work weeks. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
