We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Light Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team and oversee our projects from start to finish. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Light Commercial Construction Superintendent to manage and supervise our light commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. (Grocery Store experience helpful but not necessary)

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all aspects of light commercial construction projects Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and labor Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes Monitor and maintain project timelines and budgets Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns Oversee safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction Proven track record of successfully managing light commercial construction projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards Proficient in construction management software and tools Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Valid driver's license
