🚀 Construction Integration Manager 3 | Goodyear AZ Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization , is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 3 t o join their team. You will be part of the Construction & Quality team supporting cross-functional stakeholders including construction, commissioning, procurement, design, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills , exceptional communication abilities , and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

85 per hour 🔍 What's the Job? Oversee QA/QC processes throughout the construction lifecycle to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. Review and manage Quality Management Plans (QMP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), audits, and non-conformance reporting processes. Collaborate with project stakeholders including construction, commissioning, procurement, and operations teams to drive quality initiatives and project delivery. Analyze audit findings, quality metrics, and field execution data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and digital transformation efforts related to construction quality management. ✅ What's Needed? 10+ years of experience in construction quality management with strong knowledge of CSA and MEP systems, preferably within data center or mission-critical environments. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quality Management, or related field, or equivalent industry experience. Experience reviewing QMPs, ITPs, executing audits, and managing NCR processes. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite, Bluebeam, BIM tools, PowerBI, and construction management software. P6 experience is highly preferred.
