Summary:
Provides on-site construction management, quality assurance, and contract administration for awarded construction projects at Luke AFB. Contingent upon award.
Key Duties:
Conduct construction observation, progress reporting, and manage change requests. Ensure construction meets Air Force standards and user requirements. Review submittals, shop drawings, and coordinate inspection/testing schedules. Oversee contractor quality control and recommend progress payments. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly construction reports. Facilitate project meetings and briefings for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5 years of construction management experience, or 10 years of commercial construction inspection (if no degree). Proficiency in AutoCAD 2024, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and communication skills. U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks.
