full-time Wolf Line Construction is a growing construction company that provides fiber optic installation services throughout the United States. Wolf Line Construction operates in partnership with its clients to provide fiber optic and energized space installations, throughout the U.S. We leverage our combined experience, industry expertise/relationships, committed team, and network of line work professionals to appropriately resource and execute projects for our clients.

Position:

Wolf Line Construction is looking for a dedicate Drops Coordinator to work with and support the Project Team administratively.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Compiling work packages for crews Reviewing field generated paperwork daily Working extensively with excel to manage database information Working with tablets to organize work packages based on geography and Client driven priority requirements Tracking and modelling installation production data Cultivate and promote positive working relationships with internal management team, site supervisors, subcontractors, and other contractors on site

Qualifications:

Construction industry experience preferred Previous administrative roles in a fast-paced construction environment, Military experience may be considered in place of job experience. Ability to work on a team and be able to communicate, follow directions and help others as needed Dependable and possess ability to adhere to daily work schedule Communicate and interact with internal employees, colleagues and clients in a professional and timely manner Proven business writing skills Excellent computer skills- intermediate Excel preferred Ability to work and think independently to prioritize work to meet deadlines 4 year engineering degree Travel to different job sites as required in and out of
