Job Description

Commercial TI Superintendent - Phoenix, AZ A growing commercial contractor is looking for a Superintendent to lead commercial tenant improvement projects across the Phoenix metro area. Projects include office, medical, retail, restaurant, and other commercial spaces, typically with budgets up to approximately $2 million. This role is a good fit for a hands-on Superintendent who can manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and keep smaller projects organized, safe, and on schedule. What you'll do Lead commercial tenant improvement projects from mobilization through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics Build and maintain project schedules and communicate updates Monitor job costs, quality, safety, and schedule performance Review plans and specifications and resolve field issues Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and trade partners Complete project documentation and support timely closeout What we're looking for Commercial construction Superintendent experience Background leading tenant improvement projects Ability to manage smaller projects independently and coordinate multiple trades Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of plans, specifications, construction sequencing, and jobsite safety A steady, team-oriented approach and interest in a long-term opportunity Compensation and benefits Base salary generally in the $95,000-$115,000 range Company truck and gas card for work use Health, dental, and vision insurance, with the company paying 70% of premiums Company-paid short- and long-term disability insurance 401(k), two weeks of paid time off, and employee assistance program Company-dependent bonus opportunities To learn more, contact Brandon Hill with GPAC Construction at (743) 223-5229 or brandon.hill@gogpac.com.
