Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, your role involves utilizing core skills in project management, construction coordination, and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Additionally, your IICRC Certification and relevant skills in blueprint reading and contract management will be essential in navigating complex construction environments. Qualifications IICRC Certification Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling Strong project management and coordination skills Experience with construction estimating and blueprint reading Familiarity with Encircle, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets Ability to manage construction sites and contracts effectively Excellent time management and insurance negotiation skills As a mitigation project manager here at Dry Star Restoration and Construction you are the first one the scene when a leak happens. We need compassionate and disciplined individuals to take charge when our clients are in need. Your duties are to assist the homeowner with all things home damage related, assist the clients in filing an insurance claim or walking them through an out-of-pocket estimate. Guide homeowners through the process of utilizing their homeowners insurance and ensuring that all of your projects are ran according to the scope of work and abiding by all IICRC guidelines and regulations. The Ideal candidate will have strong people skills and be able to operate under pressure while handling multiple projects at a time. You will work in coordination with several other project managers to ensure all jobs are scheduled accordingly and no client is left out. Our project managers also will take their turn within our on call rotation handling any and all emergencies that come in after hours. We need smart and hard working individuals with a background in water mitigation for this position!
