Job Description

About ASR ASR Construction Group is a self-performing water and wastewater General Contractor with dedicated piping and concrete crews servicing the state of Arizona. ASR specializes in renovations, repair, and new construction of water infrastructure projects ranging from $10K to $15M. Located in Mesa and founded in 2020, ASR brings the drive to procure competitive work, build lasting relationships with clients and trade partners, and deliver exceptional results alongside our skilled trades. Role Description ASR Construction Group is seeking an established Construction Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role in our Mesa, AZ office. The Construction Project Manager will assist with all aspects of project management including but not limited to maintaining successful project execution and organization, performing work efficiently with the highest standard of quality, and communicating effectively with all involved partners as well as the following responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret project plans and specifications.
  • Oversee scope review and project development on self-performing projects.
  • Assist in problem-solving efforts with self-perform field staff.
  • Relay information from owners and engineers to construction field staff.
  • Draft master schedules and assist in maintaining key dates.
  • Execute project submittal process.
  • Manage contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
  • Complete detailed plan reviews and take-offs.
  • Compile work order packages for detailed execution onsite.
  • Coordinate with trade partners and field staff on material purchasing and procurement.
  • Complete job cost reporting, oversee project financing, and manage project budget.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Project Management, Preconstruction, and Construction Field teams and will report directly to company leadership. Additional duties include fostering trade partnerships, assisting in company growth, and undergoing education and training opportunities to increase knowledge and skills in the industry. Work Environment The Construction Project Manager will spend 80% of the time in the Mesa office and 20% of the time on construction jobsites overseeing work, attending and running meetings, and problem-solving alongside our skilled crews and trade partners. Travel may be required across Arizona. Qualifications
  • Degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 6 years' Project Management experience with self-performing General Contractor. o Experience with industrial infrastructure, mechanical piping systems, concrete, or similar. o Experience working in Water and Wastewater facilities preferred.
  • Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore or similar.
  • AutoCad experience is preferred but not required.
  • Leadership expertise with the capacity to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Attentive executor with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills and relationship-building capabilities.

Pay:
$95,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
