The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, reliable, and able to coordinate contractors, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and job-site activities while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee residential construction and renovation projects Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and job-site workers Manage project schedules and deadlines Review plans, drawings, and project requirements Coordinate materials, deliveries, and equipment Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are met Identify and resolve job-site issues and delays Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Coordinate inspections and ensure work follows applicable building codes Track project progress, costs, and materials Communicate regularly with Blessed Homes management Ensure projects are completed on time and according to expectations
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as a General Contractor, Construction Manager, Superintendent, or similar role Strong knowledge of residential construction and remodeling Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings Knowledge of applicable building codes and safety requirements Experience managing subcontractors and construction crews Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and communication skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites Appropriate contractor licensing and insurance as required for the work
PREFERRED
Experience with luxury residential construction or home renovations Experience working with investors, lenders, or property owners Experience with project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar Experience with estimating, budgeting, and cost control OSHA or other construction safety training Veterans and individuals with military or trade experience are encouraged to apply
