Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Low Voltage Foreman to lead field crews on structured cabling installations across commercial new construction and healthcare facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for managing your crew, maintaining quality standards in the field, and serving as the face of the company in front of clients and building occupants. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew of up to 4 technicians, including teams of 2 working across multiple areas of a project Oversee installation of voice and data cabling systems, ensuring workmanship meets company and customer quality standards Communicate clearly with clients, general contractors, and building occupants regarding the scope and progress of work being performed Inspect installs for quality and adherence to industry standards throughout each phase of the project Coordinate material pickups, tool management, and day-to-day field logistics Represent the company with professionalism on every job site Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience in structured cabling installation, termination, testing, and documentation Proven ability to lead and manage field crews Strong knowledge of voice and data cabling systems and support infrastructure Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and commercial building occupants Stable work history — we are looking for someone committed to growing with a company long-term Healthcare facility experience is a strong plus but not required — you will work across both healthcare and commercial new construction environments Benefits and Compensation $32-$36 per hour, based on experience Mileage reimbursement paid for site-to-site travel and material pickups CommScope training paid in full by the company for candidates who have not yet completed certification Opportunity to grow within a company that invests in its people Why Work With Us We invest in our people. Pay:
$32.00 - $36.00 per hour
