Electrical Superintendent - BESS/Solar Exp

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent with Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) experience to support a utility-scale solar and energy storage project in Salome, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team on a high-profile renewable energy project. Position Overview The Electrical Superintendent will oversee all electrical installation activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. Candidates must have prior experience managing electrical scopes on solar and BESS construction projects. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily electrical construction activities for solar and BESS installation Coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and project schedules Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and project safety requirements Review drawings, specifications, and electrical plans Manage quality control and inspections for electrical systems Track production and maintain progress reporting Work closely with project management to meet deadlines and budgets Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical guidance to crews Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent Previous BESS project experience required Utility-scale solar experience preferred Strong knowledge of electrical systems and renewable energy construction Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced construction environment OSHA 30 preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Compensation $60.00 per hour $175/day per diem on worked days Overtime opportunities available Long-term project potential
