Serving the Verde Valley & Surrounding Areas Arizona Wastewater Services is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead excavation, septic, and underground construction projects throughout the Verde Valley and surrounding areas. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can coordinate crews and subcontractors, manage multiple projects, communicate confidently with customers, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. If you have strong construction experience and enjoy taking ownership of projects from start to finish, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Oversee excavation, septic, and underground construction projects from start to finish Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and project schedules Manage multiple projects while maintaining organization and attention to detail Communicate regularly with customers, subcontractors, employees, and other project stakeholders Monitor project progress, schedules, materials, and overall job performance Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards Identify and address issues that could affect project timelines or quality Maintain a strong focus on job-site safety and quality workmanship Provide hands-on leadership and support to field crews Help ensure work meets company expectations and applicable requirements Maintain a professional relationship with customers throughout the project What We're Looking For Previous experience in construction, excavation, septic, underground utilities, or a related field Previous construction management or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities Strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of septic systems, underground utilities, and/or excavation preferred Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Reliable, accountable, and hands-on work ethic Strong commitment to safety and quality Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Stable work with a growing local company Opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day Leadership role with opportunities to grow with the company A team-focused work environment A strong emphasis on safety and quality The opportunity to work on a variety of excavation, septic, and underground projects Why Join Arizona Wastewater Services?
