Job Description

Description Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is seeking a Program Manager to lead contract and site operations supporting the Army's Requirements Determination Division (RDD) at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for daily performance, coordinate a multidisciplinary intelligence and capability-development team, and ensure work is delivered accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with contract requirements. This role supports the Intelligence Futures Capability Directorate and Requirements Division through operational, functional, and Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) capability-development support. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with Army and DoD stakeholders, senior leaders, action officers, and technical subject-matter experts in a mission-focused environment. Responsibilities Serve as the contract Program Manager/Site Lead and provide day-to-day leadership for contractor performance at Fort Huachuca. Manage staffing, workforce continuity, personnel status, projected gains and losses, and clearance status across the assigned team. Coordinate task execution, priorities, schedules, deliverables, travel, and customer communications across multiple concurrent efforts. Prepare and submit daily and monthly status reporting covering personnel, deliverables, planned work, planned travel, issues, risks, and recommended solutions. Participate in monthly and quarterly in-progress reviews, status meetings, working groups, conferences, briefings, exercises, and experimentation events. Develop, maintain, and implement the contract Quality Control Plan (QCP), including procedures to identify, prevent, and correct nonconforming performance. Monitor deliverable quality, completeness, coordination, formatting, and timeliness in accordance with Government direction and contract standards. Coordinate with the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government leads, subcontractors, and internal DNI leadership. Ensure formal and informal taskings are properly received, coordinated, assigned, tracked, and staffed through appropriate Government channels. Support preparation of studies, assessments, executive summaries, information papers, presentations, briefings, meeting minutes, trip reports, and other contract deliverables. Track travel requirements, approvals, schedules, funding, and post-travel reporting in accordance with applicable Government and company procedures. Identify performance risks and potential delays early; communicate impacts and mitigation recommendations proactively. Ensure contractor personnel understand and maintain their status as non-Government employees and comply with applicable security, installation, identification, training, and information-handling requirements. Foster a professional, collaborative team environment and maintain effective working relationships with senior leaders and mission partners.
