Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Audio Video Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile AV construction projects in Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding areas. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all phases of project delivery—from initial design review through installation and commissioning—ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in construction management combined with technical knowledge of AV systems will drive successful project outcomes while fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of AV construction projects by developing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Review blueprints, schematics, and system designs to verify accuracy and feasibility before installation begins. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and contract negotiations to stay within budget. Oversee on-site activities ensuring adherence to safety standards such as NEC (National Electrical Code) and electrical engineering best practices. Monitor project progress through regular site visits; track milestones using ProCore or Bluebeam for documentation and reporting. Ensure all work complies with contract specifications, schematics, and industry regulations while maintaining quality control. Qualifications Proven experience managing AV or construction projects with a strong understanding of system design, electrical engineering, and construction site operations. Proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid or similar tools. Solid knowledge of construction estimating processes and contract management. Electrical experience coupled with familiarity with NEC standards is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Excellent time management skills with a track record of delivering projects on schedule. Strong communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams.
