Job Summary We are building multiple 7 brew coffee shops in the area and need a superintendant that can push schedules. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role combines hands-on construction site management with strategic project leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating construction schedules, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will drive project success while fostering a collaborative and proactive work environment. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications. Oversee daily construction site operations, managing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain productivity and safety standards. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines. Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure clarity and compliance with design intent and regulatory standards. Manage project budgets by tracking costs, processing change orders, and implementing cost control measures to maximize efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to construction regulations, safety protocols, and environmental policies throughout all phases of the project. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, HeavyBid, or equivalent tools for documentation, reporting, and communication. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project progression and resolve issues promptly. Lead project meetings to communicate progress updates, address challenges proactively, and foster team collaboration. Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality workmanship and ensure compliance with safety standards. Experience Proven experience managing heavy civil or commercial construction projects involving complex infrastructure elements. Strong background in construction estimating, scheduling (including Primavera P6), cost management, and project coordination. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced construction management environment. Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and environmental compliance requirements. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog or equivalent platforms. Hands-on experience reading blueprints and technical drawings; familiarity with construction plans is essential. Prior experience managing budgets for large-scale projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and stakeholder communication. $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
