If you would like to learn more about our passion, purpose, and history, click here. Your Day to Day Prepare, review, maintain and distribute all required project documentation.

Monitors and records jobsite activity in accordance with required contractual frequency.

Document daily construction activities and verify that "as-built" drawings are kept current.

Evaluates submittals of shop drawings, material data and samples and takes appropriate action based upon contract specifications.

Reviews the project schedule and assists the Project Superintendent in maintaining the schedule, as requested. Understand how crew assignment support and impact the project schedule. Assists the Project Superintendent in the maintenance of effective cost control mechanisms for the project.

Manages the quality control program as outlined in the project procedures manual.

Builds employee skills and competencies through frequent, real-time coaching and sharing specific, actionable knowledge with team members through, daily touch points and monthly one-on-one coaching sessions. Acts as an advocate for employees by identifying and extending development opportunities that support team members' progress and success.

Lead safe work initiatives on the job site, administer safety programs (MACHO, etc.), track and report results. Set safety standards/requirements for the project. Inspect and monitor compliance. Review, understand and monitor material and equipment budgets. Monitor project costs; identify and recommend areas for improvement.

Assist Foremen in planning the job, ordering materials, and manpower.

Assist Project Engineers in understanding contract documents and preparing change orders. Assist in development of the detailed critical path schedule.

Accountable for all field equipment including lifts, tools, radios, and all other field equipment. Daily work assignments / hours may vary based on project requirements.

Perform all other duties, as needed. How You Contribute Maintaining a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations. Building effective relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support company core values and meets or exceeds the customer's expectations. Serving as a role model and promoting professional behavior. Education & Experience Four-year Construction Management or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in the construction and/or engineering industry
