This position is ideal for a construction professional with a strong background leading major commercial or industrial projects from the field. Previous experience on distribution/warehouse projects is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day field operations and coordinate all onsite construction activities. Manage subcontractors, scheduling, sequencing, and overall project progress. Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and site organization. Work closely with project management, trade partners, and other stakeholders to keep the project on schedule. Identify and address field challenges before they impact project milestones. Oversee project activities through completion and turnover. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent on large commercial or industrial construction projects. Strong background with tilt-wall construction . Experience managing projects of similar size and complexity. Ability and willingness to travel for project assignments.
