Position Overview Integrated Construction Services is seeking a Director of Operations

• Waterproofing Division to lead and scale this core segment of the business. This role is responsible for overseeing operational, financial, and team performance across the waterproofing division. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
• Oversee all waterproofing operations including below-grade, above-grade & coating installations
• Manage project managers, superintendents, and field teams
• Establish and enforce operational standards and workflows Financial Performance
• Monitor job cost performance and ensure margin targets are met
• Review budgets & forecasts
• Report directly to the EVP/VPO Team Development
• Mentor staff across operations and estimating
• Build scalable team structure and accountability systems Preconstruction & Estimating Oversight
• Collaborate with estimating team on bid strategy and pricing
• Review major bids and provide technical input Client & Business Development
• Maintain relationships with key clients and general contractors
• Support new business development and project acquisition Field Operations Integration
• Coordinate with field leadership on manpower, production, and quality
• Ensure proper sequencing and execution across projects Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
• Maintain adherence to California codes and specifications
• Identify and mitigate operational risks Qualifications
• Required
• 10+ years of experience in waterproofing or building envelope construction a must
• 5+ years in leadership or operations role a must
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems and detailing
• Experience managing P&L and driving profitability
• Strong leadership and communication skills Preferred
• Experience in California commercial construction
• Background in multi-scope building envelope systems
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools Compensation & Benefits
