Roofing Superintendent

Position Overview Integrated Construction Services is seeking a Roofing Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial roofing projects. This role is responsible for managing crews, coordinating jobsite activities, ensuring quality installation, and maintaining project schedules and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Field Operations

• Manage day-to-day jobsite operations for multiple roofing projects
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet production targets Quality Control
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Perform regular inspections and enforce quality control procedures
• Identify and resolve installation issues in real-time Scheduling & Production
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term schedules
• Track daily production (squares/day) and crew performance
• Adjust manpower and workflow to meet project deadlines Safety & Compliance
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards on all jobsites
• Conduct safety meetings and jobsite inspections
• Ensure compliance with California building codes and regulations Coordination & Communication
• Work closely with project managers to align field operations with budgets and schedules
• Coordinate with other trades and general contractors
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and documentation Leadership
• Lead, train, and mentor field crews
• Promote a strong safety and performance culture
• Support workforce development and crew retention Qualifications Required
• 5+ years of experience as a roofing superintendent or foreman
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, coatings)
• Proven ability to manage crews and jobsite operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Preferred
• Experience in California commercial construction
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Experience with Procore or similar field reporting software Compensation & Benefits
