In this role, you will support our clients with massage therapy and reflexology sessions that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our complementary to our healing protocols in place. Your expertise in various massage techniques and understanding of human physiology will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, Craniosacral, Lymphatic Therapy, Reflexology and other modalities unique to our healing center. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend suitable therapies for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments, client progress, and health history in compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education to enhance service quality Open to learning unique modalities that are supportive of our dynamic healing protocols. Experience Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist or Bodywork Therapist in accordance with state or local regulations Proven experience in patient service, with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach Hands-on expertise in Reflexology Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in a medical spa or occupational health setting Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism at all times All roles are paid positions that recognize the importance of your expertise in promoting health and wellness.
