We deliver high-performance façade systems with a focus on quality, safety, and precision. Position Overview Integrated Construction Services is seeking a Sheet Metal & Cladding Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial façade and exterior wall system projects. This role is responsible for managing crews, coordinating jobsite activities, ensuring quality installation, and maintaining schedules and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Field Operations

• Manage day-to-day jobsite operations for sheet metal and cladding projects
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet production goals Quality Control
• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and project requirements
• Perform regular inspections of façade systems (ACM panels, metal panels, rainscreens, flashing)
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively Scheduling & Production
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term schedules
• Track daily production and crew performance
• Adjust manpower and workflow to meet deadlines Safety & Compliance
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies
• Conduct jobsite safety meetings and inspections
• Ensure compliance with California building codes and envelope standards Coordination & Communication
• Work closely with project managers to align field execution with budgets and schedules
• Coordinate with other trades including waterproofing, framing, and glazing
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and field documentation Leadership
• Lead, train, and mentor field crews
• Build a strong safety and performance culture
• Support workforce development and retention Qualifications Required
• 5+ years of experience in sheet metal, cladding, or façade installation leadership
• Strong knowledge of architectural sheet metal and exterior wall systems
• Proven ability to manage crews and jobsite operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Preferred
• Experience in California commercial construction
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
