Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front End Loader operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to assist with excavation, grading, loading, and site preparation activities. Your expertise will help ensure efficient project progress while maintaining the highest safety standards on-site. Duties Operate front end loaders and other construction machinery such as excavators and water trucks to perform excavation, grading, and material handling tasks Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to equipment safety procedures Assist with construction utility work, including utility locating and site preparation activities Support excavation projects by loading and transporting materials efficiently across construction sites Follow federal construction safety regulations and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members Collaborate with other construction personnel to execute site grading, utility installation, and backhoe operations Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as front end loaders, excavators, backhoes, and water trucks in a construction environment Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery maintenance and troubleshooting Valid commercial truck driving license with experience in commercial truck driving preferred Knowledge of construction site safety regulations including federal safety standards and equipment safety procedures Ability to perform construction grading, excavation, utility locating, and utility work effectively Prior construction site experience with familiarity in construction utility work and general construction processes Excellent communication skills and the ability to work safely following all safety regulations Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Join our team today if you're ready to operate heavy machinery safely while contributing to impactful construction projects!
