Job Description

Overview We're seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Project Manager to lead complex mechanical projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead mechanical projects involving HVAC and piping systems Ensure site safety compliance and quality standards Coordinate with design and engineering teams on drawings and project plans Manage subcontractors, schedules, and project budgets Mentor and coach other Project Managers Develop and maintain client relationships Communicate with field teams, fabrication shops, Safety, and Service departments Qualifications 5+ years mechanical project management experience Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent Strong knowledge of HVAC/piping systems, construction practices, and codes Familiarity with Microsoft Office, ProCore, BlueBeam, P6, Viewpoint, Autodesk preferred Excellent leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Discretionary annual bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contributions Paid Time Off, holidays, and parental leave Diversity & Inclusion We are an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
