Job Description

Position Summary:
Vali, Inc. is seeking a Site Lead to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing contract operations by supervising personnel, coordinating work activities, ensuring efficient performance and timely reporting, implementing quality control and cost-saving measures, and serving as the primary point of contact with the Government.
Position Responsibilities:
Supervise contractor personnel and oversee day-to-day contract operations. Plan and coordinate work activities to maximize resource utilization. Coach and mentor supervisors and team leads. Ensure accurate and timely reporting. Implement quality control and cost-saving measures to support efficient contract performance. Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government. Communicate effectively with Government representatives, management, and staff.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in distribution management, or ten (10) years of management experience supporting distribution operations of similar size and complexity. Minimum of three (3) years of experience using automated warehouse management systems within the past five (5) years. Knowledge and skills required to plan, control, manage, and successfully complete the work. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Physical Condition/Work Environment:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipment for extended periods. May occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Work is performed in a combination of office and operational environments and may require exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
