Full Job Description Assistant Site Coordinator Reports To:

Non-exempt The Assistant Site Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day site supervision, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a high-quality guest experience. This role acts as a liaison between tenants, vendors, and management, while also supporting events and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Site Management Conduct daily site walks to ensure all amenities are functional. Maintain site cleanliness and general upkeep throughout each shift. Assistant Site Coordinator may be assigned to different SteelCraft locations depending on business needs. Submit repair and maintenance requests to the Operations Manager via email. Maintain control of site and mailbox keys. Complete assigned weekly tasks (e.g., Thursday checklist). Guest Experience Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests. Vendor Management Oversee porter staff to confirm daily work is completed. Report vendor-related issues to the Operations Manager. Tenant Relations Serve as the on-site liaison for tenant needs and requests. Report tenant issues to the Regional and Property Managers. Events Assist with event setup and breakdown. Provide on-site support during events as needed. Administrative Track and notify Site Coordinator regarding inventory (janitorial supplies, event materials, marketing items, prizes). Provide administrative support to the Regional and Property Managers. Attend SteelCraft team meetings.
Compensation & Employment Compensation:
This is a part-time, hourly position starting at $17.50/hour. SteelCraft determines pay using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. Pay is influenced by cost of labor, experience, education, skills, budget, and internal equity. Competitive offers are made with room for future growth.
