In this role, you will coordinate daily site activities, ensure safety compliance, manage subcontractors and vendors, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and quality control will drive successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about building excellence. Duties Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion. Monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 or other construction management software to track progress and adjust plans as needed. Oversee quality control measures by inspecting work for adherence to blueprints, schematics, and safety standards such as OSHA regulations. Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing contracts, and ensuring resource allocation aligns with financial targets. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify construction accuracy. Utilize tools like Ohmmeter for electrical inspections and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. Maintain comprehensive documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and inspection records. Qualifications Proven experience supervising construction sites with a strong background in heavy civil or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera P3 or similar tools. Familiarity with construction estimating software like HeavyBid for cost analysis and budgeting. Solid understanding of contracts management and project scheduling techniques. Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards alongside practical experience implementing safety protocols on-site. Supervising experience demonstrating leadership skills in managing teams of tradespeople and subcontractors.
