The role oversees project execution, coordinates the project team, and helps protect the developer's interests from preconstruction through completion. Responsibilities Oversee multiple projects, including budgets, schedules, forecasts, progress reporting, and timely decisions. Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and the developer's internal team. Monitor construction through all phases, from preconstruction and site work to building systems, high-end finishes, inspections, punch list, and turnover. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low-voltage, and other building systems; identify scope gaps, delays, and trade conflicts early. Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, invoices, and payment applications for scope, cost, and schedule impact. Track procurement and long-lead items, maintain accurate project records in Procore, and provide clear updates to the developer. Qualifications Substantial experience managing luxury single-family residential construction or development projects. Deep understanding of every stage of construction and strong knowledge of MEP and low-voltage systems and premium residential finishes. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, contractors, and competing priorities. Advanced proficiency with Procore and experience with other construction management, scheduling, budgeting, and document-control software. Ability to read and coordinate construction documents; strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through. Location and Compensation Projects are located in Beverly Hills and Bel Air. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
