ABOUT US
Seasons Natural Engineering is a Laguna Beach-based landscape construction company building high-end custom residential landscapes across Beverly Hills, greater Los Angeles, and Orange County. We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to run multiple active projects from groundbreaking through completion.
THE ROLE
You'll be the single point of accountability for our active jobsites — scheduling crews, coordinating subcontractors, managing materials and budget, and serving as the day-to-day contact for homeowners, designers, and general contractors. This is a hands-on, field-based position.
PROJECT SCOPE
Our installations are full outdoor builds and may include any of the following: Planting, irrigation, drainage, and landscape lighting Grading and demolition Pavilions, arbors, trellises, and metal structures Pools and water features Masonry, natural stone, tile, and concrete Green walls, green roofs, and synthetic installations
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Run assigned projects from mobilization through closeout. Build and maintain project schedules; sequence crews and trades. Manage in-house crews and subcontractors on site. Read plans and resolve field conflicts. Track budget, materials, and change orders. Communicate daily with homeowners, designers, and general contractors.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of project management experience in residential landscape or custom-home construction. Working knowledge of the trades listed above. Experience managing crews and subcontractors. Ability to read construction plans. Strong communication skills — comfortable with high-end clients and design teams. Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle. Willingness to travel daily between LA and Orange County jobsites.
NICE TO HAVE
Bilingual English/Spanish. Existing relationships with Southern California subs in masonry, stone, pool, and metal trades. Familiarity with luxury residential jurisdictions in LA and Orange County.
COMPENSATION
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
