Ready for your next opportunity? A growing restoration and reconstruction company in Los Angeles is looking for an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to join its team. This is a great opportunity for a restoration professional who understands the reconstruction side of insurance-related property losses and knows how to keep projects moving from start to finish.•
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Disaster restoration experience is required. We specifically want someone who has managed restoration projects involving reconstruction losses and understands the unique challenges of insurance restoration.
You should have:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in disaster restoration Experience managing the reconstruction phase of property losses Strong knowledge of residential construction and multiple trades Experience managing subcontractors and vendors Strong customer-service and communication skills Ability to manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and multiple projects Strong organization and attention to detail A proactive, problem-solving approach Xactimate experience is a plus, but NOT required.
  • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
    $80,000
  • 90,000 base salary + bonuses Health Benefits 401(k)
THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll manage reconstruction projects resulting from water, fire, smoke, and other disaster losses , serving as a key point of contact for customers, subcontractors, production teams, and internal staff. You'll be responsible for: Managing reconstruction projects from approved scope through completion Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, materials, permits, and schedules Communicating with homeowners, adjusters, estimators, and internal teams Monitoring project budgets, costs, change orders, and profitability Reviewing scopes and identifying potential gaps or additional work Managing multiple trades and keeping projects on schedule Conducting jobsite visits and monitoring quality and progress Maintaining accurate project documentation Resolving problems and keeping customers informed•
