With decades of experience, we specialize in high-quality residential and commercial construction, renovations, and design-build projects across the Bay Area. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in-office in Brentwood. This position is responsible for project estimating and managing active construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals Manage all phases of ongoing construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractors, and client relations Utilize Houzz Pro daily for project management, change orders, and documentation Maintain professional email communication using Microsoft Outlook Travel locally to job sites approximately 50% of the time Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction estimating and project management Strong proficiency with Houzz Pro software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Outlook Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation:
