Due to continued growth and an expanding backlog, they are looking to hire an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead high-profile projects in Pasadena and Pacific Palisades . Job Description Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion. Manage project schedules while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, field staff, and project teams. Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Design Teams throughout construction. Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings and oversee project logistics. Enforce company safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance. Review construction documents, identify potential conflicts, and proactively resolve field issues. Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel while fostering a positive jobsite culture. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor. Proven success leading ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish. Experience managing large, complex projects and coordinating multiple trades. Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, quality control, and safety. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management technology. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
