You will serve as the executive operational leader driving strategic growth and execution across high-stakes industrial projects. This role empowers you to mentor senior leadership while directly influencing business development and client relationships. Impact:
Direct overall industrial construction operations to ensure safe, profitable, and timely project delivery. Coach and mentor Project Managers and Construction Managers to build a high-performing leadership pipeline. Partner with executive teams to drive business development, proposal strategy, and high-value contract negotiations. Establish baseline project management standards, forecasting methods, and operational best practices. Oversee cross-functional coordination with engineering, fabrication, design, and controls divisions. Provide executive oversight on complex, high-risk, or high-volume industrial client pursuits.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience within the industrial construction sector. Proven track record leading Project Managers and driving multi-disciplinary industrial projects. Deep technical expertise in process piping, millwright services, custom fabrication, or equipment installation. Demonstrated success in business development, customer relationship management, and contract negotiation. Strong financial acumen for project forecasting, profit margin optimization, and risk mitigation.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in manufacturing sectors such as food and beverage, bottled water, or automated material handling. Background in design-build construction, robotic integration, or complex process automation.
