Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project specifications and ensure compliance with design intent and regulatory requirements. Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and documentation to promote transparency and accountability. Skills Strong understanding of construction. Excellent blueprint reading skills coupled with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately. Experience managing contracts, change orders, and project documentation with attention to detail. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments while meeting deadlines.
